- “Device” refers to any internet-enabled equipment used to access our services.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.
- Up to 50% of the course fee may be refunded if a valid, documented reason is provided within this period.
- No refund will be granted after 24 hours from payment.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us at Jobhelp@talentglider.com within 24 hours of your payment.
- Include your full name, course details, payment reference, and the reason for your refund request.
- Incomplete or late submissions will not be eligible for review.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be reviewed and responded to within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. After 24 Hours
- Refunds will not be considered after the initial 24-hour window.
- However, we may allow participants to reschedule or transfer enrollment to a future course session (subject to availability).
5. Course Cancellation by Talent Glider
If Talent Glider cancels a scheduled course:
- A 100% refund will be issued, regardless of when the purchase was made.
- You will be notified via email, and refunds will be processed automatically.
6. Special Exceptions
- In rare situations such as medical emergencies or unexpected life events, we may consider refund exceptions beyond the 24-hour period.
- Valid supporting documents will be required for such requests.
7. Compliance with Global Standards
This policy is aligned with international consumer protection best practices to ensure fairness, especially for our global customers.
